Tom comes from a very rich, classy family, and is trying to forget it. He's used to having money around, but doesn't like to show it, and drives the most beat-up junker he can find, although his parents occasionally have them towed away. He's going to an exclusive private school near or in Lawndale, and met Daria and Jane at a Mystik Spiral gig. He was dating Jane for several months, but they eventually broke up, at least partly due to Tom's lack of relationship skills and his interest in Daria, whom he is currently dating. Although he's occasionally quite diplomatic, he also has a tendency to say the wrong thing at the wrong time. |
